About GAMERDESK

GAMERDESK is the organisation hub for your LAN party: date, seats, games, shopping and chat in one place.

The problem

Anyone who organises a LAN knows the drill: the date gets sorted out in the group chat, seats are claimed by shouting, and the shopping list lives on a scrap of paper somewhere. In the end nobody knows who brings what, which game gets played and when it all starts. That costs time that should be spent gaming.

The solution

GAMERDESK bundles everything a LAN needs in one place. You create your LAN, invite your people, and everyone sees the same state: when it starts, where they sit, what gets played and who takes care of what. No chaos, no chasing answers, no scraps of paper.

  • Plan your LAN

Date with countdown, schedule and a room plan with seats for the whole group.

  • Decide together

Game voting for a shared pick and a chat right next to the event.

  • Everything organised

Shopping list and task assignments so everyone knows what to do.

Who is GAMERDESK for?

GAMERDESK is meant for everyone who regularly games together with friends, a clan or a club for a whole weekend: privately at home, at the club house or on a bigger scale, whether it is a casual evening or a tournament. Whoever creates a LAN invites their own people. Participants only need an account with a username and a profile. GAMERDESK runs as a web app and works just as well on a phone as on a desktop.

The story behind GAMERDESK

GAMERDESK is developed and run by Christian Reißig from Saxony, Germany – a project that grew out of his own LAN experience. It removes exactly the friction that shows up again at every meetup. GAMERDESK is an independent community platform and not a corporate product: built by a gamer for gamers.

Our mission

Organising a LAN should be so easy that more time is left for gaming.
